Jurors have been sent home for the day. The case is scheduled to resume at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow with the prosecution cotinuing it's case.

I am the courts and government reporter for the Shelby Star. Previously, I covered government for the News-Topic in Lenoir, NC. In 2004, I graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, MD. During my time in college, I was editor of the student newspaper, The Columbia Journal.
