I am the courts and government reporter for the Shelby Star. Previously, I covered government for the News-Topic in Lenoir, NC. In 2004, I graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, MD. During my time in college, I was editor of the student newspaper, The Columbia Journal. So what happened in court??? You are my only link to the case besides the news, let me know something about the case against Marty Dover, I have two kids of his here in Delaware and would like to know a little about the future of their father. I'll be waiting.

The case was continued because not all evidence was back from the state lab. The asisstant district attorney working the case told me a plea agreement that would send him to prison for "many" years has been offered in the case. If he doesn't accept it will probably be several months before a trial would start.
What has happened to the Virginia Dubre case. I have seen nothing about her case since Jan., 2007
